Volunteer with Stride For A Cure
Help us create a meaningful, encouraging, and memorable race day experience for every walker, runner, survivor, supporter, and guest.
Be a Part of the Heart Behind the Race
The Stride For A Cure 5K is made possible by people who are willing to show up, serve, and make a difference.
As a volunteer, you help create the kind of race day experience participants never forget, from warm welcomes at check-in to encouragement along the course and celebration at the finish line.
Whether you are volunteering on your own or with a group, we would love to have you join us.

Volunteer as a Group
We welcome churches, schools, community groups, businesses, clubs, and organizations that want to serve together.
Volunteering as a group is a great way to build connection while supporting a meaningful community event. If you are signing up with a group, please designate one group leader to help coordinate communication.
Calling All Cheer Teams and Performers
Do you have a dance team, cheer squad, drumline, band, step team, or performance group?
We would love to bring extra energy to the course and create a fun, encouraging atmosphere for participants. If your group is interested in performing or cheering along the route, please reach out to us for more information.
Help Us Make Race Day Special
Every volunteer plays an important role in making Stride For A Cure a success.
You do not have to be a runner to make an impact. You just need a willing heart and a desire to help. Whether you can serve behind the scenes, guide participants on the course, hand out water, or cheer people on at the finish line, your presence matters.
Join us in creating a race day filled with support, encouragement, and purpose.
